Thank you for using FINTASTICS APP! We strive to ensure our users have a satisfying experience with our app. Please review our refund policy below.

1. Subscription Refunds

Cancellation: Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Upon cancellation, access to premium features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the remaining unused portion of the subscription period.

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website or within the app

4. Refund Process

Our refund policy applies only to the 6-month and 1-year subscription plans. If a user cancels their subscription, the refund will be processed for the remaining days of the subscription, and the amount will be transferred to the user's bank account used during registration (Internet banking or UPI). Monthly subscriptions are not eligible for refunds. The refund calculation is based on the unused portion of the subscription, and the processing time is 20 days.
