How to Initiate the Refund Process?
Customers should contact Fintastics customer support on via call / WhatsApp Call +91 8543016666 or write to [email protected] within 20 days from the receipt of product
We shall not entertain any request after 30 days from the date of receipt of the product.
We shall process the refund once we receive the request from user.
The refund process has been initiated, the amount will be directly refunded to your account via the same mode through which the transaction was made through original payment mode from which you have done. Cancellations made within 3, 6, or 12 months will be considered.
